Our homes are "senior friendly" and provide peace of mind with a security code entrance. They are designed for greater comfort with lower countertops, wider doorways, absence of stairs and are handicap accessible. Yard maintenance is provided, but other options include housekeeping, transportation, Wellness Program, social activities and dining at Timber Ridge.
2. Will I be responsible for the upkeep of my new home?
If you need help with any aspect of upkeep, we're here for you. Whether it be hanging the picture of your grandchildren, moving a hutch, grooming your yard -- we're here for you. Just ask. We believe that your home life should be richly gratifying and relaxing, not task-driven and mundane. So feel free to cultivate a garden or decorate to your heart's content. We'll be here for all of the things you don't want to do.
3. Is Timber Ridge Estates affordable?
Yes, very. Depending on the services you choose, two bedroom homes start at just $1100 per month.
4. Will living at Timber Ridge Estates be just like living in my own home?
